The latest (I hesitate to include the word "beauty") trend among the body mod kids in Japan is what's called "saline inflation" or more descriptively, "bagelhead". Simply put, a saline solution is injected under the skin, usually on the forehead, causing bumps that can be manipulated into various shapes (such as the Bagel Brothers in the pic above) to add interest. Ohhh, yeah. The ladies love the gross misshapen masses on the face and head, am I right? Let me get an "Amen!" from Quasimodo and John "The Elephant Man" Merrick! Testify!
